The Sony A6500 camera is similar to the A6000 and A6300 with a relatively short height, which is great for portability, but comfort is compromised. This can result in hand cramps, especially when using larger or longer lenses. It can also result in accidental button presses on the rear of the camera.

The Metro Case MC6500 greatly improves comfort and handling by increasing the height by 16mm, providing significantly more surface area for gripping, while adding minimal weight as well as an Arca-style quick release.
